Quotes and Invoices

We will provide you with a quote for our services based on your specific requirements. Once you have accepted the quote, we will issue you with an invoice for the agreed-upon service date, amount and deliverables.

Payment

Payment is required in full before the event date. We accept payment by cash, credit card, or bank transfer.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to the event date.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking more than 90 days prior to the event date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel your booking between 30 and 90 days prior to the event date, you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit. If you cancel your booking less than 30 days prior to the event date, you will forfeit your deposit.

Changes

If you need to make any changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your changes, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

Delivery and Setup

We will deliver and setup all products on the event date. We will allow a reasonable amount of time for setup, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to setup in the time allotted.

Damage and Loss

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that your products are not damaged or lost. However, we cannot accept any liability for damage or loss that is caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as fire, theft, or vandalism.

Insurance

We recommend that you take out insurance to cover the cost of your event in case of cancellation or damage.
